Three decades with Graham Pattison, Managing Director, Variohm Group

This year, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: 30 years with our Group Managing Director, Graham Pattison.

Back in 1995, Graham began as a sales engineer at Eurosensor, joining a small team of just seven. He went on to become UK Sales Manager, then UK Sales Director, followed by Group Sales Director. In 2017, he was appointed Group Managing Director – the same year Variohm Group joined discoverIE.

At that time, the Group comprised four businesses: Eurosensor, Herga Technology, Ixthus, and Heason. Since then, it has grown to ten, with the addition of Positek, Limitor, Phoenix America, CPI, Magnasphere, and burster, employing 560 people across the UK, Europe, and America. Graham has been a key driver behind the Group’s expansion and continued success.

Graham commented: “Thirty years. It’s hard to put into words what that really means, except to say it’s been a time of steady growth, teamwork, and learning. I’ve worked with many great people over the years, and together we’ve tackled challenges and made real progress. Thank you to everyone who has contributed along the way – I’m looking forward to what’s next.”
